The course aims at introducing
organizational communication at a theoretical and practical level.
Basic concepts, theories, and practices relevant to communication
in organizational contexts are presented and critically discussed.
The students are provided with an understanding of how
communication flows within organizations are influenced by
different factors, among others organizational structure and
organizational culture.
