Læringsmål
For at opnå karakteren 12 skal den studerende, med ingen eller få uvæsentlige mangler eller fejl, opfylde følgende læringsmål:
  • Redegøre for udfordringerne med ledelse og styring af mange projekter og allokeringen af ressourcer til disse.
  • Kunne redegøre for de ledelsesmæssige tilgange/metoder og de tilhørende styringsværktøjer til proteføljestyring
  • Kunne vise hvorledes disse metoder og ledelsesværktøjer kan anvendes i praksis
  • Kunne redegøre for og diskutere de ledelsesmæssige udfordringer ved at anvende de forskellige ledelsesmetoder og værktøjer.
  • Redegøre for anvendelsen af ledelsesmetoder og værktøjer i forskellige sammenhænge
  • Kunne argumentere for valget af forskellige metoder og ledelsesværktøjer

Individuel mundtlig eksamen med eksaminator og bi-eksaminator. 20 minutter uden forberedelse i fagets pensum.
Kursets indhold, forløb og pædagogik

Kurset kan groft sagt opdeles i to dele. Omkring halvdelen af kurset præsenterer det rationelle normative syn på portføljeledelse og -styring med dets tilhørende ledelsesværktøjer og kalkulatoriske instrumenter. Den anden halvdel af kurset behandler de organisatoriske, adfærdsmæssige og beslutningsmæssige udfordringer og problemstillinger. Igennem tilhørende workshops trænes anvendlesen af både rationelle styringsværktøjer samt even til at kunne forstå og forholde sig til den adfærdsmæssige og organistoriske kontekst hvori portefølje-ledelse og styring skal udøves i. Herunder applikationsmuligheder, forudsætninger og begrænsninger.
