To achieve the grade 12, students should meet the following learning objectives with no or only minor mistakes or errors:
  • to apply theories and models from the program literature
  • to formulate a research question and apply valid and reliable empirical data
  • to discuss and reflect upon your internship experience by use of applied theory combined with your practical experience
  • to apply analytical and structured skills in the written internship project

There are no lectures, therefore no course outline.

The student must present a problem that can be dealt with by use of relevant theories from the Service Management studies and from data and experience achieved in connection to the internship

No teaching, but supervision is offered.
