The course explores national and international cases on digital
government.
• EU policies and strategies, focus of strategies and their
impact in the member-states
We will cover four areas: • online communication (survey in Norway, Denmark, Germany, and New Zealand) • eHealth and assisted living technologies
In the course we there will guest lectures (some physical, some by web) from Korea, Netherlands, Germany, and US).
In the exercises we will use project management tools to facilatate the learning of how to link strategy with project management tools. In the exercises, we will also use IT-tools to analyze homepages of government websites. |
