Learning objectives |
To achieve the grade 12, students
should meet the following learning objectives with no or only minor
mistakes or errors:
- Apply theories and concepts from the course that explain the
strategic as well as organizational roles of HRM and PM.
- Analyze the dynamics of HRM strategy, HR and PM practices with
respect to external and internal influences as well as major change
efforts.
- Critically reflect on and assess the value and relevance of HRM
and PM designs in specific organizational settings.
- Evaluate the relevance and usefulness of HRM and PM models and
theories from the course for analyzing and resolving strategic and
organizational issues and challenges.
- Demonstrate how PM, HRM and the organizational context are
inevitable linked in the provision of incentives and the creation
of value creation in organizations.

structure |
