Course content, structure and pedagogical approach

On your journey of personal and professional development during the MBA you will be able to explore what leadership is and grow your capacity for leading others in a sustainable way. To us leadership is more than organising a group of people with the purpose of achieving a common goal. It involves the whole body and mind of both leader and follower.

The Leadership Discovery Process (LDP) invites you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, learn your true leadership style, appreciate the differences in others and enhance your ability to work in teams. LDP will also give you a framework for leading through others.

Each module in LDP has been designed for you to actively build upon them. What you learn can be integrated with your past experience, your current situation and future aspirations. We invite you to engage in the creative process of discovering, articulating and shaping your unique identity in order to unfold your leadership potential.
