4-hour written open book exam. One grade is given by the examiner and a second internal examiner.
It is allowed to bring basic language dictionaries (e.g. Danish/English, English/Danish and English Danish) to the exam. It is not allowed to bring specialized dictionaries (e.g. English/Danish dictionary on financial terms). Pocket calculators are not allowed.

Course Content
|
This course introduces the international regulatory framework that applies to international business activities. It covers the sources of international law and to whom they apply, international contracts for the sale of goods, marketing and distribution, export finance and international economic relations, and international dispute resolution. The course also introduces the basic rules governing international trade in goods under the World Trade Organisation agreements. The course aims to develop the students’ knowledge and understanding of the legal framework within which international business operates and to apply this knowledge in the analysis of common legal problems that arise in international business activities.
