To achieve the grade 12, students
should meet the following learning objectives with no or only minor
mistakes or errors:
- to apply theories and models from the program literature
- to formulate a research question and apply valid and reliable
empirical data
- to discuss and reflect upon your internship experience by use
of applied theory combined with your practical experience
- to apply analytical and structured skills in the written
internship project

There are no lectures, therefore no course outline.
The student must present a problem that can be dealt with by use of
relevant theories from the Service Management studies and from data
and experience achieved in connection to the
internship

It is a precondition that the internships have been pre-approved
by the coordinator PRIOR to the internship commencement! The
pre-approval application shall be sent to the credit-sem@cbs.dk
