structure |

In this course, the concept of leadership will be explored from
a variety of perspective. Rather than proposing a single
understanding of leadership, we will orient ourself in, and apply a
wide range of approaches, on a theoretical as well as a practical
level. The course is designed to develop your leadership capacities
by engaging with practical challenges, but also to widen your
understanding of the phenomenon of leadership on a theoretical
level, facilitating navigation in a constant stream of leadership
fads.

| Teaching methods |
| The course has diverse teaching
methods using lectures, cases, readings, and discussions. The class
meetings are interactive and require ongoing engagement of the
students. |
