Course content and structure

The A-Board is an advisory board program for small and medium sized companies focusing on business opportunities and larger companies focusing on innovation processes. Students will be evaluated on the basis of their participation on the board as team members.

The program will be structured around either start-up cases or innovation cases. The start-up cases are focused on companies in the early growth stages which are looking for helicopter view of the organization and to explore “what business they could be.” The innovation cases are focused on larger companies working with innovation projects which are looking for analysis of the business case of the innovations
