Course content and structure

During this course, you will study the development, production, and delivery of goods and services to the final customer. Supply chains are often
organised around complex multinational networks where sourcing of inputs,
production processes and distribution channels are tied together by integrative information and knowledge transformation processes. In this course, you will explore how to develop operations and supply chain strategies that satisfy customer needs through collaboration, technology and process improvement. You will develop the
capabilities to integrate the concepts of operations and supply chain management into your own business context.

Description of the teaching methods
The lectures will be based on texbook readings, articles, cases and a high level of student participation.
Feedback during the teaching period
During lectures students interact with the instructor with respect to theoretical issues and practical problems that are discussed during the course. One on one feedback can be provided during instructor's office hours.
