Course content and structure |
During this course, you will study the development, production,
and delivery of goods and services to the final customer. Supply
chains are often
organised around complex multinational networks where sourcing of
inputs,
production processes and distribution channels are tied together by
integrative information and knowledge transformation processes. In
this course, you will explore how to develop operations and supply
chain strategies that satisfy customer needs through collaboration,
technology and process improvement. You will develop the
capabilities to integrate the concepts of operations and supply
chain management into your own business context.
