Description of the exam procedure

An Essay Exam is an assignment, in which the student's reflections on theory and problems, chosen by himself, is the central part of the project. The weighting is primarily on the discussion and argumentation of the student.

 

The aim of this type of assignment is to test the student's ability to structure a discussion and a series of arguments in relation to the problems and theories of the subject.

When preparing this essay, the student must make a number of choices. The student is expected to motivate these choices on the basis of an academic perspective. This implies that the analysis and the collection of empirical material are less important in the assessment of the essay than for other written assignments.

Course content, structure and pedagogical approach

De valgfrie moduler har til formål at give den studerende mulighed for at uddybe viden og færdigheder fra de obligatoriske ledelsesfaglige moduler, således at særlige faglige og praktiske interesser hos den studerende kan blive tilgodeset. De valgfrie moduler skal gøre det muligt for den studerende at sætte viden fra obligatoriske ledelsesfaglige moduler ind i en praktisk ledelsesmæssig sammenhæng ud fra de valgfrie modulers begreber og teoretiske/metodemæssige forudsætninger.
