Course content, structure and pedagogical
approach |
The course will give an understanding of the basic principles
and structures of mainly private law, from a European perspective,
related to creative business processes in order to choose and
assess the appropriate legal structure for business transactions.
The course covers the various parts of intellectual property law
and related legal branches relevant to creative business processes
namely copyright law but also design law, trademark law, unfair
competition law, contract law and personality rights. The course
includes two voluntary home assignments.
