Description of the exam
procedure
The project is conducted in groups during the Spring semester.
Each group will receive 4 hours of group supervision. Additionally,
two workshops are offered in structured communication and
issue-driven problem solving skills. The first workshop should help
the students scope their business problem and break down the
overall issue into manageable sub-issues. The second workshop
should help students create a well-structured presentation of their
main findings to an executive audience as preparation for the oral
exam.
