|
Digital business – value, framing and facilitation
The course is structured in three related sections.
- Firstly, the students are introduced to the different forms of value and corresponding digital innovations that can enable a digital business. - Secondly, the course then builds on this to introduce the different models and strategies for framing digital business. - Lastly, the importance of internal capabilities and external partnerships and how they can be leveraged, are introduced to the participants.
Summarily, the course takes students on a journey from the creation of value from digital innovations, to the formulation of a business around the value proposition, and then to the internal capabilities and external resources required to facilitate the digital business. The course comprises on specific aspects of digital business.

| Class activity combined with online elements.
This is a flipped classroom model where lecture videos are provided before each class. Students can engage with this content flexibly whenever and wherever they are. The class time is then used as a workshop to discuss the content, answer your questions and apply the course materials in analyzing real life cases. |
