| Learning objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
To achieve the grade 12, the student should meet
the following learning objectives with no or only minor mistakes or
errors:
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Examination | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Course content, structure and pedagogical approach | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
The bachelor project concludes the undergraduate programme and
builds on the overall objectives of the Digital Management
programme.
In the bachelor project, students have the opportunity to
explore a topic of interest within the interdisciplinary framework
of Digital Management and in line with the bachelor project
learning objectives.
Students are expected to build on knowledge acquired during the mandatory courses in the programme, formulate a research question within the Digital Management framework, and, where possible, develop the project in collaboration with an organisation.
The research question may also draw on challenges and issues encountered during an internship, if applicable.
At the beginning of the semester, the course coordinator hosts a workshop designed to support students in critically reflecting on the structure and content of their bachelor project. Participation in the workshop is expected.
Students can find further information about writing a bachelor project here: my.cbs.dk => Bachelor project.

| Research-based teaching | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
CBS’ programmes and teaching are research-based. The following
types of research-based knowledge and research-like activities are
included in this course:

Research-like activities
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Description of the teaching methods | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The bachelor project is written in groups of 1–4
students, allowing students to focus on a topic of mutual interest,
within the DM framework.
The topic must clearly meet the learning objectives and be refined into a research problem, and the project must be designed, conducted, and presented by the group. Students are responsible for forming their own groups. While individual projects are permitted, it is strongly recommended that students work in groups of at least two, as this provides more opportunities for supervision and feedback. If a student encounters problems during the process, they can contact the course coordinator. Students are encouraged to begin reflecting on shared interests, group formation, and supervisor selection well in advance of the writing period, preferably three months before. The bachelor project involves peer-to-peer learning, supervision from a faculty advisor, and learning through the preparation, submission, presentation, and examination of the project. The bachelor project enhances students’ reflective understanding and their ability to apply subject-specific knowledge acquired through the Digital Management bachelor programme. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Feedback during the teaching period | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Feedback is an integral part of the
project-writing process. From the outset, students are strongly
encouraged to actively participate in review sessions and other
opportunities to obtain feedback from both teaching staff and
peers.
While a supervisor can provide valuable feedback, they cannot grant pre-approval of individual sections or the project as a whole. Students are expected to maintain regular and constructive contact with their supervisor and to prepare for supervision sessions in advance by drawing up an agenda outlining key questions or issues. |
