The course focuses on institutions, actors and processes involved in develop-ing and shaping the international and global political, societal and institu-tional framework for business. It gives students factual knowledge about in-stitutional forms, governance principles and regulatory content of major sources of international business regulation, and it covers important contem-porary theories and approaches to this field. The approaches are discussed and compared based on their inherent theoretical strengths and weaknesses, and it also stresses evaluation of their applicability in empirical analysis. | |||||
