Examination | |||||
Individual written project of 15 pages. The project will be based on an empirical case and consist of an analysis of an IT-related change process in an organization. The examination takes place in October. Make-up and re-examination take place in January. The student’s performance is graded according to the 7 point grading scale. | |||||

Course Content | |||||
Aim of the course This course focuses on the analysis, design and implementation of organizational change related to information systems (IS). The course will look at organizational change in relation to IS from a variety of theoretical perspectives and consider the implications for change from each perspective. Based on an analytical approach, interventions aimed at implementing and managing change will be introduced. | |||||
Teaching Methods | |||||
Teaching methods will include a mix of lectures, case study discussions. Class participation is not required, but is strongly encouraged. | |||||
