Individuel skriftlig hjemmeopgave med udgangspunkt i selvvalgt problemstilling inden for fagets problemstillinger, baseret på relevante dele af fagets pensum. Opgaven skal være bredt funderet i fagets pensum og skal inddrage mindst 2 tests. Omfanget af opgaver er 10 siders eksklusiv eventuelle bilag. Opgaven bedømmes af fagets undervisere med intern censur efter 7-trinsskalaen. | |||||||||||||||||
Kursets indhold, forløb og pædagogik | |||||||||||||||||
Formålet med faget er at give de studerende en grundlæggende forståelse personlighed og psykometri, og hvordan psykologiske test anvendes i organisationer til måling af personlighed og kognitive færdigheder. Herunder er formålet at give de studerende indblik i forskellige typer af test, som anvendes i forbindelse med rekruttering, organisering, team building, konflikthåndtering og udvikling af medarbejdere i organisationer. |

Den primære undervisningsform er storholdsforelæsninger. Derudover deles holdet til øvelser og der inviteres en eller flere foredragsholdere fra erhvervslivet. Endelig indgår de studerendes arbejde med test i det individuelle arbejde og i gruppearbejde som en vigtig læringsform | |||||||||||||||||
