Learning objectives
|
After completing the course, students should be able to:
-
identify EU law problems and relevant legal arguments on the basis of complicated material
-
place concrete problems in an EU law context in a way that demonstrates comprehensiveness, insight and understanding
-
analyse EU law problems, argue for well-grounded solutions and critically evaluate legal arguments and rationales for possible solutions

combine different legal approaches and analyses and choose a legally well-grounded solution.

Course content
|
|
The course aims to provide the students with in depth knowledge of EU law. The course will focus on institutional and constitutional elements of EU law and on the principles of the Internal Market. The course is also intended to acquaint the students with the special characteristics of the legal method in the EU legal system and to train them to identify issues of EU law.
