The internships will provide the students with a strong professional foundation and network upon which they can build their further carrier and personal development. Internship II: Specialized Skills The second internship will bring the student deeper into the company and the students wil be introduced to all departments in order to by the end of the internship to express interest in a specific department. Teh students will develop some specialized skills which permit more responsibility and challenging assignments. The internship will also bring the student out on open sea at least once in order to gain insight in what a shipping company physical context consists of. The student must participate in a more proactive way in the daily life and be able to argument for selection of theories, emperics, methods, conclusion and recommendation in assignments. To have a clear structure for an analysis and understanding of the strength and weaknesses is a skill the student will acquire during this internship.
