Course content and
structure |
The course focuses on institutions, actors and processes
involved in developing and shaping the international and global
political, societal and institutional framework for business. It
gives students factual knowledge about institutional forms,
governance principles and regulatory content of major sources of
international business regulation, and it covers important
contemporary theories and approaches to this field. The approaches
are discussed and compared based on their inherent theoretical
strengths and weaknesses, and the course also stresses evaluation
of their applicability in empirical analysis.
