Re-examinations are conducted as an oral examination on the basis of the Internship Project Report INCLUDING a 5 pages addendum to the Report.

In case of absence from the ordinary exam due to illness, the re-examination shall be performed as an oral examination on the basis of the Project Report.
Course content and structure

There are no lectures, therefore no course outline.

The student must present a problem that can be dealt with by use of relevant theories from the Service Management studies and from data and experience achieved in connection to the internship

Teaching methods
No teaching, but supervision is offered.
Further Information

It is a precondition that the internships have been pre-approved by the coordinator PRIOR to the internship commencement! The pre-approval application shall be sent to the SEM administration email or handed in at the Student Hub.
