Learning objectives |
After completing the course, students should be
able to:
- identify EU law problems and relevant legal arguments on the
basis of complicated material
- place concrete problems in an EU law context in a way that
demonstrates comprehensiveness, insight and understanding
- analyse EU law problems, argue for well-grounded solutions and
critically evaluate legal arguments and rationales for possible
solutions
- combine different legal approaches and analyses and choose a
legally well-grounded solution.
- present solutions and arguments in a systematic and coherent
manner which demonstrates comprehensiveness, insight and
understanding of the problems which comprise the focus of the
course.

Another examination form
The retake will be the same as the
ordinary exam, unless it makes sense to hold it as an oral exam
instead. Information will be loaded on e-campus and LEARN at the
time for the retake.

Course content and structure |
The course aims to provide the students with in depth knowledge
of EU law. The course will focus on institutional and
constitutional elements of EU law and on the principles of the
Internal Market. The course is also intended to acquaint the
students with the special characteristics of the legal method in
the EU legal system and to train them to identify issues of EU
law.
