The student will have to hand in a synopsis (1-2 pages) presenting the topic and problem formulation for the written report. The synopsis need to be handed in 6 weeks before the deadline for handing in the written report. |

Course content and structure | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
In relation to the study programme’s qualification profile, the
course forms an introduction to international human resource
management(IHRM) and explicitly focuses on: - Imparting knowledge
about the contemporary day importance of HRM and the corporate view
of the function - Enhancing skills in collecting and analysing data
within the human resource management area, assessing practical
problems and setting up and justifying possible solutions -
Qualifying students to handle internally and externally oriented
situations concerning the employees in an international
organisation and identify possible solutions and implementation
processes.

The subject will be taught in English. To enable the student to achieve the learning goals for the subject, the course is planned so that lectures present the students for knowledge concerning relevant theory supported by cases together with written and oral exercises. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
