The course gives an overview about the principles and components of operations and supply chain management, the differences between manufacturing and service supply chains as well as examples of supply chain management applications in the manufacturing and service industries.

combination of lecture, discussion, and assignments solved in

Students are expected to read the relevant materials prior to the class meeting. The instructor assumes the student already knows the basic concepts, ensuring their comprehension by placing individual questions and providing examples of practical applications. |
