To achieve the grade 12, students should meet the following learning objectives with no or only minor mistakes or errors: The course will provide an overview of the topic of multicultural and global management, with many practical examples that examplify concepts and raise awareness. Students should enhance their skills of successfully performing midlevel management functions that take into account the diversity and complexity of large, multicultural organizations. Case exercises will be performed to sharpen analytical skills with a focus on detecting and solving organizational problems in the context of multinationals. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

To obtain the grade of 12, the following objectives must be
reached with no or few and insignificant elements missing:
Class 1: a) The trajectories of some MNEs from developed and emerging economies b) The role of MNEs in the world economy
Class 2: Types of global strategies and organizational structures
Class 3: Growth strategies of MNEs
Class 4: Global strategic alliances
Class 5: International mergers and acquisitions
Class 6: Global marketing
