Course content and structure | ||||||||||||||||||||||
This course elaborate on subjects introduced in the mandatory course, EU Internet Law. The course explores in depth 3 to 4 particular subjects that may concern various themes of the mandatory course. Examples of subject that may be covered are legal issues concerning social media, search engines, ICT infrastructure, internet crimes, online shopping, intermediaries responsibility, consumer protection etc.
Due to the advanced level of this course, the student should expect to read directives, case law, and academic articles. |
