Course content and structure |
International supply chain management has become recognised as a
major factor in the performance and competitiveness of
organisations. Where an organisation deals with physical
products their logistics costs can range from between 3 and 25% of
sale price. However, all aspects of business are beginning to
understand how customer service is also directly affected by the
principles employed in the business. This means that service
industries can adopt and harness operations and supply chain
management concepts to improve their performance.
