Strategic Management is a capstone course for an undergraduate business major program. Participants should be familiar with principles of management and functional business management concepts. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

Course content and structure | ||||||||||||||||||||||
This course introduces participants to the concepts and issues
involved in strategic management as well as the actions required to
acquire and maintain competitive advantages in
business. Lessons taught will aid participants in
understanding the relationship between strategy and business
performance. Attention will focus on appreciating why some
organizations outperform others in a global environment.
Preliminary assignment: Based on uploaded materials and any
others students can find on the internet, sketch out a Strategic
Management Framework as comprehensively as they can.
