Course content and structure

This course provides the students with the fundamentals of management consulting. The course is organized around the core problem-solving and behavioral skills. The course is relevant to those interested in entering consulting and/or accelerating their managerial career.

The course combines theoretical papers with interactive class sessions, where real life case studies will be analysed and discussed.
