Demonstrate an excellent ability to communicate and discuss his or her findings and understanding of the subject and the course readings. Be able to analyze how corporate decisions are influenced by agency problems and how they can be solved and:

The student must attend both courses:
"Modern Finance and Corporate Finance" (KAN-CPHIV1801U)
and "Historical Foundations of Financial Institutions and
Markets" (KAN-CPHIV1803U).
The student must have qualifications in corporate finance and statistics equivalent to the B.Sc. in Business Administration and Philosophy and qualifications in behavioral economics equivalent to the M.Sc. in Business Administration and Philosophy. |

Historical Foundations of Financial Institutions and
Markets provides a historical and institutional
perspective on the development of financial markets and financial
institutions internationally and in Denmark. The historical focus
enables students to critically understand and discuss the
development and dynamics of the financial industry, including
individual financial firms in their historical context. The course
also considers financial instability and how perceptions of the
past constrain strategies and decisions in the present. The course
