Course content, structure and pedagogical
approach |
The course introduces students to the international political
economy in trade, finance, money and production and the key
international institutions and actors in these areas. It also
introduces central issues in contemporary debates about
globalization from an IPE perspective. In relation
to these, the course emphasises the study of key theories
of, and approaches to IPE, such as realism, liberal
institutionalism, critical studies, and
constructivism.
