Course content, structure and pedagogical approach | ||||||||||||||||||||||
This course is structured as a case reading class with few classes and a high degree of student involvement. The student will work woth textes, cases, sources of law, dialogue, presentations in class and peer evaluations. |

Description of the teaching methods | ||||||||||||||||||||||
This course will include the following teaching
methods:
- Lecture (once a week) - Group discussions (once a week) - Group work (outside and inside class) |

Feedback during the teaching period | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Every week, one class will include group
presentations about specific court cases by the students. For each
presentation peer and teacher feedback will be provided using a
simple feedback model of Start/Stop/Continue.
This will allow students to develop group working and presentation skills, as well as prepare themselves for the exam which will include a question on the analysis of a relevant court case. |
