This course provides the essential tools for managers to leverage the novel ways in which digitalization is transforming businesses. Participants will be critically introduced to the disruptive capabilities of new technologies, in order to identify the potential impacts of digitalization on different business contexts, and to formulate successful strategies to manage the benefits and risks of digitalization.
