Course content, structure and pedagogical
approach |
Digitalization is changing the conditions for businesses across
industries.
Digital technologies no longer simply support existing
processes, but they need to be inseparably inscribed into business
models and value propositions. New business models, new services,
and entire new industries are emerging, thanks to the enabling
capabilities of digital technologies.
This course provides the essential tools for managers to
leverage the novel ways in which digitalization
is transforming businesses. Participants will be critically
introduced to the disruptive capabilities of new technologies, in
order to identify the potential impacts of digitalization on
different business contexts, and to formulate successful strategies
to manage the benefits and risks of
digitalization.
