Course content, structure and pedagogical
approach |
This course is a foundation course and complementary to all
courses taught in the first year of the AEF concentration.
There will be an introduction to the project in early February
aiming at getting students to find a corporate partner as well as
getting them to form teams.
The business project is a way of getting to apply the economics and
finance skills acquired during the first year courses of the
programme. We recommend that each group finds a corporate
supervisor, i.e. a contact person withing a company.
The deadline of the project is common to all projects. There
will thus be approximately four working weeks available for
researching, analysing and writing up the project. The academic
supervisor (which the groups need to find themselves - supervisor
catalogue will be provided) will assist the group in academic
issues and possibly in team dynamics. Each group will be
given 1,5 hours supervision per student.
