Course content, structure and pedagogical approach | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Managing change in global organizations is the core theme within this course, which aims at providing a broad understanding of the key challenges organizations have to grapple with when implementing change. Areas to be explored during the course, but not limited to, may include: change management models, field level change, business model change, identity and image change, new ways of organizing, paradoxical tensions, cultural change programs and group dynamics.

Description of the teaching methods | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The course will consist of lectures, group work, case discussion and workshops. Active preparation and participation are expected from the students. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Feedback during the teaching period | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Students will receive ongoing feedback from the lecturers throughout the duration of the course, e.g. interactive teaching formats, in-class case discussion, feedback on presentations both individually and in groups. Lecturers will be available for individual or group feedback in both lecture breaks and following each lecture session.
