assignments
For students attending the module in Mumbai, this component
consists of group-based applied assignments linked to company
visits, guest lecturers and cases, culminating in final group
presentations.
For students not attending the Mumbai module, this component takes
the form of individual oral case-based examinations, assessing the
same learning objectives and course content.

However, at all
written sit-in exams the student has access to the basic IT
application package (Microsoft Office365 (minus Excel), document
camera and paper, 7-zip file manager, Adobe Reader DC, PDF24,
Texlive, VLC player, Windows Media Player – ATTENTION no sound
allowed), and the student is allowed to bring simple writing and
drawing utensils (non-digital). PLEASE NOTE: Students are not

Course material comprehension test (50%)
A written multiple-choice test covering core theories, frameworks,
and readings. The test is conducted simultaneously: in-class for
participants attending the study tour in Mumbai, and online for
participants not attending physically. Closed book. In-class or online. Exam duration between 30 and 60
minutes.

| Course content, structure and pedagogical
approach |
|
Corporate Entrepreneurship focuses on how established
organizations renew themselves through entrepreneurial behavior,
innovation initiatives, and new business creation. The course
adopts an entrepreneurial management perspective, placing managers,
employees, and organizational systems at the center of the
analysis.
The course is structured as a blended format combining pre-study
online sessions, an intensive international study tour, and
post-tour individual reflection. Prior to the study tour,
participants complete approximately six hours of online sessions
providing conceptual foundations and context for the assigned
readings. The on-site module emphasizes experiential learning
through company visits, case discussions, guest speakers, and
applied assignments.
