| This course is targeted towards all wishing to gain a greater understanding of strategy as a way of thinking and acting, and anyone specifically wishing to specialize in the execution and implementation of strategies. The course is aimed directly at managers and middle managers working with the composition and execution of strategies on different levels in an organisation. Purpose Strategy is key to ensuring your organisation’s survival and
success.
In this course, you will gain a fundamental understanding of how to work with strategies. You will acquire tools to bridge the gap between strategy as a planning and analytical tool and its implementation and execution in your daily practice.
