The students should acquire skills in:

  • applying basic statistical tools to analyze the empirical evidence that shapes business decisions

Course content and structure
The course is built around two themes. First, the application of game theoretic concepts to the study of business decisions in a legal context using real world cases. Second, the use of econometric and statistical tools in analyzing the same business decisions. The course will analyze how strategic considerations and quantitative methods complement each other in business decisions.
