Course content and
structure |
The course is built around two
themes. First, the application of game theoretic concepts to the
study of business decisions in a legal context using real world
cases. Second, the use of econometric and statistical tools in
analyzing the same business decisions. The course will analyze how
strategic considerations and quantitative methods complement each
other in business decisions. |
