This course examines how enterprise value is created, allocated, and governed across the lifecycle of firms—from early-stage ventures to global corporations—through the integrated perspectives of operators, investors, and boards. The course takes an international view of value creation,
reflecting differences in capital markets, governance models, and
managerial decision-making across regions, including transatlantic
contexts such as the United States and Europe.
